    History

    Founded in 2013

    At Crimson Security Service, our owners have a combined 20 plus years in the security industry and 30 years in the emergency services field as professional firefighters.

    After years of working in the security industry as officers themselves, the one thing they kept hearing from clients was the lack of customer service that was provided by management. At that time, Nick Johns and Brandon Sasser realized the need for a relationship with each individual client. With their knowledge of security and emergency services, they knew they could deliver a customer experience that was unlike any offered elsewhere at security firms in Tennessee. Therefore, they founded Crimson Security Service on the principle of offering exceptional customer service through the traditional values of honesty, integrity, hard work, and reputable relationships.

    By ensuring that the services offered are of the highest quality and cost efficiency, we offer more of an experience than a service.
